Harcourt Memorial United Church was broken into on Saturday March 18 during the overnight hours. Much of our Audio Visual Equipment, some laptops and other technology were stolen. There was costly damage to doors and locks throughout the building. While we are grateful to have insurance coverage for most items we do have a $5000 deductible which is an unanticipated expense. Any donations to offset our deductible would be greatly appreciated and received with gratitude. Ways in which you can give:

It is important to read the 2022 Annual Report before the meeting here. Some printed copies are in the Greeting Area and the bin outside the parking lot entrance at the church. The 2022 Financial Reports and the Proposed 2023 Budget are included. Please note that the Manna report has been replaced. It’s an opportunity to ask questions before the Annual Meeting. Please watch for the Zoom link next week. Ahead of Advent and Christmas festivities and services, the Re-Entry Planning Group met to review the COVID 19 precautions currently in place. As expected in autumn, respiratory infections are increasing, with influenza, RSV and COVID 19 all circulating. Public health is encouraging us all to make sure we are up to date with our COVID 19 boosters and influenza immunization.
