Manna

Manna is an all ages, progressive church community providing space for people to explore and deepen their spiritual lives and their involvement in social justice. It's nothing like a service you have attended before!

What you can expect at Manna

A caring community of people of all ages
  • Stories, music, activities and spiritual practices that are meaningful, engaging and fun
  • An invitation to question, ponder, wonder and participate as much or as little as you want
  • Opportunities to learn about social justice issues and contribute to change as a community
  • Great music by local artists and/or our all-ages choir
  • Full inclusion of all folks. This is a 2SLGBTQIA+ Affirming  group with a mindfulness to accessibility
  • Breastfeeding/chestfeeding friendly

Manna is not just a service, it's a community! Join us every week, each month, or once in a while, in a no pressure environment.

What you can look forward to each month

During one Sunday each month we:
  • Focus on a social justice activity or cause - growing food for our local community in our garden, participating in Fridays for Future, or celebrating Pride with the Rainbow Chorus.
  • Meet outside for a walk, forest church experience, or time at a park.
  • Divide into age groups of adults, children and youth. On these special Sundays adults have a time to connect while youth and children are doing their own activities and sharing.
  • Have an opportunity to sing in our all-ages choir. Our Manna choir meets once a month before the service for anyone interested in dropping in and singing!
